Ingredients
- 3 cans kerns tomato sauce 27 oz
- 6 pack chopped tomatoes
- 2 cans whole pealed tomatoes 27oz
- 2 cans of tomato puree 27oz
- 1- 6 oz can Contadina
- 3 -6oz cans of tomato paste
- 6-7 brown onions
- 2 bay leafs
- handful parsley flakes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 cup red wine
- handful oregano
- sugar if want sweeter
- pork chops 6 or 8 pack bone in
Preparation
Step 1
dice onions and garlic together in large pot.Pour 1/4 inch olive oil in bottom of pan and sautee till soft.Add 3 cans 27oz tomato sauce.Add 2 cans 27oz whole pealed tomatoes squashed.Add 2 cans 27oz tomato puree.Add 3 cans 6oz tomato paste.Add bay leafs,basil,oregino,parsley stirr in.6-8 pack thin cut bone in pork chops.! cup red wine optional.bring to boil and let simmer for 3 hours.Enjoy
