Ingredients
- 14 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 C chopped pecans
- 2 T chopped green pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pineapple, cream cheese, salt and onion powder in bowl. Beat slowly to mix well.
Mix in pecans and green pepper. Chill overnight. Shape into a ball. Serve with fruit and assorted crackers.
