Ingredients
- 9 Large Potatoes
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 tsp. Onion Salt or Seasoned Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 4 Tbs. Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cook potatoes until tender. Drain and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and 2 Tbs. butter and beat until light and fluffy. Cool and refrigerate. This recipe will keep in the refrigerator up to 10 days.
