Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp cold water
- 4 C large pecan halves
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white and water til frothy. Add pecans and mix until well coated. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add to pecan mixture. Spread on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and ool completely. Store in airtight container up to 4 weeks.
