Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon peeo
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 lb medium fresh, or frozen and thawed, raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact.
- 4 bamboo skewers, soaked

Preparation
Step 1
Combine firest 7 ingredients in medium bowl.
Add shrimp. Toss well to coat. Marinated in fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat lightly sprayed electric grill to high. Push 4 shrimp onto each skewer. Discard any remaining marinade. Cook on grill for 1 minute per side until shrip are pink and firm.
