Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream*
- 1 Tbsp superfine sugar
- 1-2 tsp vanilla or brandy

Instructions
To make superfine sugar (which dissolves much quicker), run the sugar through a blender or food processor until finely ground.
Combine everything together, stir then let sit for a few minutes so the sugar is dissolved.
Whip until stiff peaks form.
Notes
*You can also use crème fraiche in place of the heavy cream
