Ingredients
- 8 oz. package soft Cream Cheese blocks
- 9 oz. Mango Chetney
- 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 Small Package of Sliced Pecans
- 1 Box Crackers of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine Mango Chetney and Curry Powder into a mixing bowl and mix well. After mixing, place the mix back into the Mango jar and screw back on the jar cap. Place in refrigerator at least four hours before serving.
On a serving dish place the 8oz. Cream chease block. Now spread 9.0 oz. of the Chetney/Curry mix on top and around the sides of the block. Sprinkle the Pecans on top and serve with crackers of your choice.
