Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 cup raisins or nuts

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, spices and brown sugar. Add (all at once), milk, oil, molasses, eggs, pumkin and raisins. Mix until thoroughly blended. Put in muffin papers or cooking spray.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
