Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- splash of lemon juice (optional) for a pleasant scent
Preparation
Step 1
Place all water, vinegar, and lemon juice in a microwave safe dish; a 2-cup pyrex measuring cup works well.
Bring to a boil and let boil for about 2 minutes (about 7 minutes in total) to steam up the interior oven well. Allow to cool down for 2 minutes.
Wipe out the oven with a dishtowel, sponge, or microfiber cloth, using some of the still hot liquid on any stubborn spots.
