Pecan Pie Cupcakes
If using standard cupcake pan, makes 10. Fill at least 2/3 way full because they don't rise. Let cool before tasting so the true pecan pie flavor comes out. Bake 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 ⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 ⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Spray a miniature muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Fill each 3/4 full.
Bake in preheated oven for approx.
18 minutes.
