Creamy Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 TB fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 lemon, zested
  • 1 TB mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 TB fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

For the vinaigrette:

Combine lemon juice, zest, mayonnaise, honey, salt, pepper, basil and olive oil in a blender and blend until smooth. Can be made 1 hour in advance and refrigerated.

Drizzle over Roasted Chicken.
