Ingredients
- 2 cups of champagne
- 2 tbs. of minced shallot
- 1 tbs. of minced garlic
- 2 tsp. of kosher salt
- 1 tsp. of pepper
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 bag of fresh dill
Preparation
Step 1
Let champagne reduce to about 1/4 cup and then add the cream, shallots and garlic. Allow to come to a boil. When boiling add the dill. Thicken and season with salt and pepper.
