Cheesy frozen hash brown potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen, cubed hash browns
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can cream soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients well and spread into sprayed casserole pan. Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours or until bubbly and browned.
