Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 c sugar
- Pinch salt
- Approx 1 c oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients and add oil. Blend with egg. Add rest.
Place confectioners sugar on top.
Bake for 45-60 min at 350°.
