Ingredients

  • 1 c bulgar, uncooked
  • 2 c boiling water
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • Scallions
  • Parsley
  • 3 T mint
  • Allspice
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Soak bulgar in 2 c boiling water for 1 hr and drain well.
