Ingredients
- 1 c bulgar, uncooked
- 2 c boiling water
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- Scallions
- Parsley
- 3 T mint
- Allspice
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Soak bulgar in 2 c boiling water for 1 hr and drain well.
