Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 5-6 Large Cortland Apples
- Cinnamon and Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Peel apples and slice into thin slices.
Layer apples with cinnamon and sugar in between until the pan is 3/4 of the way full.
Mommy knows the pan size
MIX ALL crust ingredients together and place onto of apples- layer until flat.
Bake @ 350 for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
