Cookies and Cream Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 1 1/2 c sugar
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 c soy milk
• 1/2 c margarine, soft.
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 5 egg whites
• 1 c crushed cookies

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add rest in order. Put in tube pan and bake for 30-40 min at 350°.
