Chocolate Dough

  • 250 g baking chocolate
  • 1 T oil
  • 5 T light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate and oil until smooth (approx 1-2 min in microwave).

Add corn syrup and continue mixing until mixture thickens. Transfer to storage container and let sit overnight.

Store for long-term use in the fridge or freezer. This dough can keep for a very long time.
