Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c ground nuts
  • 3 c flour
  • Orange rind
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Chocolate chips or white chips and almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Combine rest of ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Divide into 5 loafs. Bake at 350° for 25 min. Slice on angle. Dip the sides in cinnamon sugar.

Bake another 15 min on side.
