- Topping:
- Vanilla Ice cream
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1 c rice crispies
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 bag crushed pecans
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1 c coconut

Mix and bake for 10 min on a cookie sheet. Crumble in middle.
