Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c butter
- 1 c peanut butter
- 1 c firmly brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 c granulated sugar, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c choc chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°.
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and 1 c sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour and choc chips and mix till smooth.
Shape into small balls and roll in remaining sugar. Place each ball down with a sugar coating. Bake 8-10 min until golden brown. Cool before transferring.
