Ingredients
- 2 c conf sugar
- 1/2 c softened margarine
- 1 T water
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- 3 drops food coloring
- 6 T margarine
- 1 c choc chips
Preparation
Step 1
Combine confectioners’ sugar, ½ c softened margarine, water, mint extract, and food coloring. Spread over brownies. Freeze.
Then melt 6 T margarine with chips. Spread over mint layer.
