Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo mint cream chocolate cookies
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 quart mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
- Chocolate glaze
Preparation
Step 1
Process cookies and butter. Place in bottom of 8 or 9" spring-form pan.
Add ice cream and cover with chocolate glaze. Freeze for 4 hours and serve
