Brisket (Roni)

  • Brisket
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • 1/4 c vinegar
  • 1/2 c water
  • 3/4 c ketchup
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Fry brisket on all sides. Add onion and garlic.

Mix vinegar, water, ketchup, brown sugar, and pepper. Pour over meat.
