Ingredients

  • 1 lb 1

    lb lean ground beef

  • 2/3 c 2/3

    c evaporated milk

  • 1 tsp 1

    tsp garlic salt

  • 1/2 c 1/2

    c fine bread crumbs

  • 1/3 c 1/3

    c tomato paste

  • 3 oz 3

    oz Parmesan cheese

  • 4 oz 4

    oz sliced mushrooms

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4

    tsp oregano

  • 3 oz 3

    oz velveeta, cubed

Directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients 2. Pat mixture evenly in bottom and up sides of a 9 inch pie plate. 3. Spread tomato paste over meat. 4. Drain mushroom and arrange evenly in bottom of pie pan. 5. Sprinkle velveeta over mushrooms, then oregano over cheese. 6. Shake Parmesan cheese on last. 7. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until meat is done. 8. Enjoy! This is best with mashed potatoes!
