Ingredients
- 12 0z bacon
- 1 1/2 c chopped onion
- 6 c chicken broth
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2/3 c butter
- 3/4 flour
- 4 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 c diced ham
- 8 oz sour cream
- 21/2 shredded cheddar
- green onions

Preparation
Step 1
cook bacon, then saute onions in grease
InDurch oven, mix onion, broth and potatoes and cook 10 minutes until potatoes are tender
Melt butter over lo heat. Stir in flour and stir until smooth. Cook 1 minutes
Add stir in 2 c milk and cook until smooth and thickened
Pour over potatoes and season
Stir in ham. 1/2 bacon, sour crea, and cheese
Cook until cheese is melted.
Garnish with cheese, bacon and green onions
