Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c (6 1/2 oz) tuna drained and flaked
- 1 c condensed cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 c milk
- 4 c hot cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Halve eggs crosswise, remove yolks and mash in bowl, blend in mayonnaise mustard and salt, put back into whites
Combine tuna soup and milk, heat till bubbly
Line 6 c shallow casserole with rice, arrange eggs on rice, spoon tuna sauce on top
Bake 350 15-20 min
