Ingredients
- Bottom:
- 1 large onion, grated
- 1/2 c brown rice
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- Garlic powder
- Top:
- 2 bags shredded cabbage
- 2 onions, shredded
- 3 15oz cans tomato sauc and water to rinse cans
- 1 1/3 c brown sugar
- Lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mush “bottom” ingredients together and put in bottom of pammed pan.
Combine “top” ingredients and put on top of meat. Bake at 350° for 3 ½ hrs, cover tightly.
Cut before reheating and add 1 can sauce mixed with 2/3 c brown sugar.
