Ingredients
- 2 lb flounder, frozen
- 1/2 c water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 T lemon
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fish for 15-20 min. Drain and flake.
Combine fish with all ingred.
Roll dough to 9x13. Put fish in middle and close.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 40 min at 375°.
