  • 2 pkg spear ribs or 1 kg flanken
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 3/4 c ketchup
  • 2 T soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook for 1 ½ hrs covered and ½ hr uncovered at 350°.
