Ingredients
- Dip:
- Shnitzel
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 T paprika
- 1/2 c water
- 2 T oil
- 2 eggs
- Sauce:
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/2 c (or less) vinegar
- 3/4 c cold water
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 1/4 c white sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3 T corn starch + 1/4 c cold water (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Cut schnitzel into cubes.
Combine ingredients of dip and dip the schnitzel cubes into the mixture. Fry the dipped cubes.
Sauce: Mix ingred and bring to boil- let simmer for 2-3 min.
mix corn flour with water and add to sauce.
Chill sauce in fridge.
Serve on hot rice with the cold sauce.
