Shlishkes (Miriam Rappaport)

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 1 T oil

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes and mash. Mix together.

Roll to ropes and cut to 2 cm each.

Drop into boiling water and drain. Fry bread crumbs.
