Ingredients

• Filling:
• 1/2 c margarine
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c water
• 1/2 c coffee rich
• 1/2 c cocoa
• 2 c flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 c shortening
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c confectioners’ sugar
• 1 c marshmallow fluff

Preparation

Step 1

Mix water and coffee rich together.

Mix cocoa, flour, salt, and baking soda together. Cream marg and sugar. Add egg.

Alternate wet and dry. Drop tsp on ungreased cookie sheet.
