Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen puff pastry shells
- 6 T sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 3 pears or apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 6 T caramel sauce (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw pastry shells at room temp 30 min.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, and ginger and set aside.
Roll pastry shells into 6in circles on lightly floured surface. Place on 2 baking sheets. Divide pear slices among pastry circles. Sprinkle each with 1 T sugar mixture. Bake 25 min or until pastry is golden.
In saucepan over medium heat, heat caramel sauce until warm. Spoon over tartlets. Serve with ice cream.
