Ingredients

    slices bacon, chopped

    lg onion chopped (1c)

    med potatoes (diced) 3 c

    c water

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1/4

    cans (8oz) clam juice

  • 2

    tbsp flour

  • 4

    c milk

  • 2

    tbs parsley

Directions

Cook bacon till crisp in large sauce pan, add onion to drippings and sauté Add potatoes 2 c water salt and pepper cove simmer 15-20 min Drain liquid from clams in a 4 c measure, reserve clams add bottled claim juice and remaining c water, blend in flour Add clam liquid and milk to potatoes, cook over med heat until it bubbles and clans heat until hot.
