Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lg onion chopped (1c)
- 4 med potatoes (diced) 3 c
- 3 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 ,tsp pepper
- 2 cans (8oz) clam juice
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 c milk
- 2 tbs parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon till crisp in large sauce pan, add onion to drippings and sauté
Add potatoes 2 c water salt and pepper cove simmer 15-20 min
Drain liquid from clams in a 4 c measure, reserve clams add bottled claim juice and remaining c water, blend in flour
Add clam liquid and milk to potatoes, cook over med heat until it bubbles and clans heat until hot.
