OLD FASHIONED PEACH AND BLUEBERRY COBBLER

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 5 tsp corn starch
- 3 cups sliced peaches (canned, fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 tsp cinammon
- 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chilled butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, peaches and cinammon. Cook and stir till thick. Stir in blueberries
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Using pasty blender cut in butter and till crumbly. Add milk and vanilla and mix till just combined.
Bring fruit mixture to a boil. Pour into a 4 quart casserole. Drop large spoonfuls of batter onto fruit mixture.
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
Top with ice cream.
