- 3 lbs. Smokettes
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 4 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. ginger

Step 1
Mix cornstarch and brown sugar together. Add other ingredients. Cook 25 minutes until meat is glazed. Serve with toothpicks.
