Ingredients
- 2-3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups salsa
- 1/4 tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Tortillas
- sour cream
- Shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. In crock pot, add everything at once.
2. Stir together and cook on low for 6 hours.
3. Shred chicken inside of crock pot with tongs.
Optional: Cook an extra 30-45 min. so juices are absorbed through all pieces of shredded chicken
