Ingredients
- 1 Cup Uncooked Rice
- 1 Pint Tomato Juice
- 1 Small Onion, chopped
- 5 Tbs. Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Lb. Sharp Cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions. To cooked rice add tomato juice, onion, sugar and salt and cook 5 minuted longer. In a casserole dish alternate layers of rice with layers of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
