Slow Cooker Sausage Breakfast Casserole
- 1 pkg frozen hash browns (26-32 oz)
- 1 pkg Jimmy Dean Sausage crumbles
- 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c parmesean cheese
- 1/2 c sun dried tomotos or one chopped fresh tomato
- 6 green onions
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
-spray 6 qt slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer 1/2 potatoes on the bottom of the slow ocoker.
-top with half of the sausage, mozzarella and parmesean cheese, tomatos and green onion.
-beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in large bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. Then pour over potato-sausage layers.
-Cook on low for 8 hours OR on high for 4 hours or until eggs are set.
