Ingredients
- 3 toasted nori sheets, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- Kosher salt

Finely grind nori in a spice mill or a blender. Mix nori, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a small bowl; season with salt.
Mayonnaise can be made 5 days ahead. Cover and chill.
