Ingredients
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoon frozen orange concentrate, thawed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-1/4 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
- 1-1/2 finely chopped pecans.
Preparation
Step 1
In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese, orange juice concentrate, sugar, orange peel and cinnamon on medium speed until fluffy.
Stir in cranberries and pecans.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
