Ingredients
- 5 red potatoes, washed, cut in quarters
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine salt, pepper and cheese. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
Place lower cooking rack in unit. Place mesh basket over the cooking rack, lay potatoes on top in a single layer.
Set oven to 450 degrees and fry 35 minutes, cooking time will vary depending on thickness.
