Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- 4 c chopped cabbage
- 2-1/2 c canned stewed tomatoes, slightly mashed
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Saute beef, onion, and celery in nonstick skillet over medium heat until meat is browned.
Pour into slow cooker.
Top with layers of cabbage, tomatoes, flour, salt and pepper.
Cover. Cook on high 4 to 5 hours.
