  • 1 28 oz can toms
  • 1 1/2 cans tom paste
  • 5 celery stalks
  • 1 green pepper
  • 5 onions
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 2-3 grated carrots
  • 1 pckt ground beef
  • Basil/oregano/parsley/salt/pepper/garlic
  • White Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1-11/2 cups milk
