Italian Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl combine oregano, basil, paprika, salt and red pepper flakes. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
Place lower rack in unit. Place mesh basket over the rack, lay potatoes on top in a single layer.
Set oven to 450 degrees and fry 35 minutes, cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of potatoes.
