Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 TBLS poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 TBSP lemon juice
  • 3 TBSP coconut oil or butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

1) Run oats through food processor until finely ground

2) Combine all dry ingredients

3) Whisk eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, zest of 1 lemon, pour into dry ingredients, add coconut
oil and milk

4) Cook until golden brown
