Kale Pesto Bean Dip

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • 4 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 2X
  • 2 (15-ounces) cans white beans drained & rinsed

Step 1

Measure out parmesan. Wash kale, remove the stems

In the food processor combine all ingredients and pulse 5 to 6 times until finely chopped, not mushy.
