Conech Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • 1 lg green onion chopped
  • 1 lg green bell pepper diced
  • 1 lb Coneuch cut into 1/4 " slices
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 4 c chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 c uncooked long grain rice
  • 2 10 1/2 oz cans french onion soup, undilute
  • 1 14 oz can chicken broth
  • 1 14 ox can beef broth
  • 2-3 t Creole seasoning
  • 2-3 t hot sauch

Preparation

Step 1

Saute first 3 ingredients in hot oil in Dutch oven for 4-5 minutes or until sausage is browned. Stir in chicken and next 6 ingredients. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Start stirring after 30 minutes.
