  • 12 oz. Can Evaporated Milk
  • 15 1/4 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3 oz. Pkg. Strawberry Gelatin
  • 8 oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese



Step 1

Chill milk overnight. In a saucepan combine pineapple with juice and sugar. Bring to a slow boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Let cool. Beat chilled milk with cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Fold into pineapple and gelatin mixture. Pour into mold and chill until set. Serve.
